Mission Statement
The mission of the Pulaski County State’s Attorney is to see justice done.
This is to be accomplished by employing the highest moral and ethical standards, and includes: insuring justice for all; vigorously prosecuting the guilty; protecting the innocent; advocating for the rights of victims and witnesses; representing the interests of all the People of Pulaski County as well as Pulaski County Government; providing educational and informational programs to assist in crime prevention and to help individuals and businesses avoid becoming victims; being a good steward of public resources in order to reduce the burden on taxpayers; promoting openness and transparency in governmental operations; and being accessible to hear and address Citizen concerns.
