Duties & Responsibilities
The Pulaski County Treasurer keeps receipts of all revenue of the County, invests County funds, provides financial statements to, and covers all disbursements authorized by the County Board. The Treasurer collects real estate and mobile home taxes for all taxing districts in the County and distributes funds accordingly. The Treasurer also supervises the sale of delinquent real estate taxes.
Property Tax Payment Information (Due dates for 2021 Taxes are July 7th & September 7th, 2022)
For your convenience, there are multiple ways to pay your real estate taxes:
In person at the Treasurer's Office in the Pulaski County Courthouse.
Pay at any of the following banks:
First State Bank of Olmsted (Olmsted & Mounds locations)
Legence Bank in Mounds
Grand Rivers Community Bank in Karnak

- If paying at one of the banks listed, payment must be made on or before the due date and the bank will require you to present your bill with payment. The bank will NOT collect delinquent taxes.
- Interest is added at the rate of 1-1/2% per month for delinquent taxes or any fraction thereof, after due dates until the annual property tax sale. For your convenience, interest for late payment is figured and printed for you on each installment payment stub.
- If paying via USPS and you would like a receipt, please include a self addressed, stamped envelope and your bill. The bill will be stamped paid and returned.
